When we use the bearing, if we find that the temperature is very high, we should immediately stop the equipment, find out the cause and handle it according to the solution provided above. However, because of the different causes of bearing heating and the different solutions, we should deal with it in a specific way with the help of technical personnel.

Check the temperature when the bearing rotates. It is more appropriate if the bearing outer race temperature can be measured directly with the oil bore. Usually, the temperature of the bearing can be derived from the temperature outside the bearing housing. If the lubrication and mounting components are appropriate, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormally high. In this case, the operation must be stopped and necessary precautions must be taken.

Check the sound when the bearing rolls. Even if the bearing is slightly stripped, it will emit abnormal and irregular sounds, so a sound detector can be used to distinguish it. The sound detector can be used to check the size and sound quality of the rolling sound of the bearing during operation, so as to prevent in advance.

Check whether the vibration of the bearing during operation, such as peeling, indentation, rust, crack and wear, can be reflected in the vibration measurement of the bearing. Bearing vibration is very sensitive to bearing damage. Therefore, special bearing vibration measuring devices (frequency analyzer, etc.) can be used to measure vibration, and specific abnormal conditions cannot be inferred from frequency analysis. Since the measured values vary depending on the service conditions of the bearings or the installation position of the sensors, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine its judgment criteria.

Usually, the temperature of the bearing rises slowly with operation. The introduction and application of the bearing coating removal process will stabilize after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine.

Bearings shall be fixed in radial, axial and tangential directions, either on the shaft or on the bearing pedestal. Radial and tangential positioning is achieved by a close fit of the bearing rings, while axial positioning is only achieved by a close fit in a few cases; Usually, axial limiting components, such as end caps and retainers, are used to limit the axial position within the clearance range.
