As an enterprise rooted in the "Hometown of Chinese Bearings"—Linxi County, Hebei Province—the company occupies a site area of 70,000 square meters, with a building area of 56,000 square meters. Between 2010 and 2014, the company successively established two modern production bases.

In 1997, the company officially began as "Linxi County Haiyang Bearing Co., Ltd." and has always regarded "deep cultivation in the bearing field" as its core strategy. To meet the growing cooperation demands of global customers and to upgrade its industrial layout, the company invested in establishing Hebei Ousai Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 2010 and Hebei Bowei Bearing Co., Ltd. in 2014, forming an industrial pattern of "one core, multiple poles" and building a specialized operation system covering the entire chain of bearing R&D, production, testing, and sales.
