The bearing cooling water is interrupted.
The hydraulic machinery fault light board on the side panel of the turbine lights up, the instrument temperature indicating the bearing temperature rises, and the signal relay acts.
The black pointer of the thermometer dial (expansion thermometer) overlaps with or exceeds the yellow pointer.
Poor oil quality, unclean oil or oil deterioration during operation. If the water content in the oil increases, the acidity of the oil will increase, the lubricating effect of the oil will decrease, the bearing bush will be corroded, and the bearing temperature will rise.

Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be blocked and cannot be handled in time, so the treatment can be stopped. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use.
Check the oil pressure of the governor. Low oil pressure may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close.
Take the oil sample, observe whether the oil color changes, and test to see whether it is deteriorated. If deterioration is confirmed, stop the machine and replace with new oil.
